Whatever happened to that bill? Did it die? Did the Governor sign it? When does it go into effect? How will that impact me and my community?
We will answer these questions and much more at this year’s All-Affinity Groups Legislative Wrap-Up virtual meeting on Thursday, June 20 from 6-7:30 p.m. There is no cost to attend, and pre-registration is not required.

Together Oklahoma and the Oklahoma Policy Institute are bringing together members from our Healthy Oklahomans, Safe Communities, and Thriving Families affinity groups. Our affinity groups bring together advocates from around the state to focus on key issue areas.
In this meeting, we will:
- Share brief overviews of legislative action this session
- Discuss the success of your grassroots efforts
- Offer ways you can continue to make a difference even after the legislative session ends.
You don’t want to miss it. Get the most up-to-date facts to make a bigger difference in your communities this summer.
Affinity groups are designed to increase individual engagement in legislative and other efforts that advocate for and promote policies that expand opportunities for all Oklahomans. Our efforts are intentionally focused on engaging people who have been historically/systematically silenced.
Participation in the affinity groups is open to any individual and organizations that have interest in legislative actions that impact one or more of the policy areas. You can participate in — and stay informed about — as many affinity groups as you’d like.
